How Our Photo Estimate Process Works

Upload Photos & Details

Upload clear photos of the affected areas, share measurements, and tell us what happened.

We Review & Estimate

Our team reviews your photos and information to provide a preliminary estimate or recommend the next step.

You Get Your Estimate

We’ll send your estimate, recommendations, or inspection options before scheduling an on-site visit.

Photo estimates are preliminary. Final pricing may depend on hidden damage, moisture source, access, containment needs, material removal, and repair scope that can only be confirmed during an on-site inspection.

Not sure where to start? Send us a few photos and a short description. We’ll review the issue and let you know the best next step.

Frequently Asked Questions

A photo estimate gives us a helpful starting point based on the photos, dimensions, location, and job details you submit. It can often help us determine the likely scope of work and whether an on-site visit is needed. Final pricing may change if we find hidden damage, moisture behind walls, additional mold growth, access issues, or repair needs that were not visible in the photos.

Please upload clear photos from a few different angles. The best photo estimates include close-up photos of the affected area, wide photos showing the full room, photos of any water stains or visible mold, and pictures of the possible moisture source such as a sink, toilet, shower, ceiling, window, water heater, or AC area. If you can, include something for scale, like a tape measure or common object.

Sometimes, yes. Photos can help us provide a preliminary estimate, but an on-site inspection may still be needed to check moisture levels, hidden damage, containment needs, access, and the full repair scope. If the project looks straightforward, we may be able to give you a stronger estimate by phone. If there are signs of a larger issue, we’ll recommend an in-person inspection.

We do our best to review photo estimate requests as quickly as possible. In most cases, we’ll call or text you after reviewing your photos and job details. For urgent issues, active leaks, or visible mold spreading quickly, calling us directly is the fastest option.

If we find additional damage on-site, we’ll explain what changed, show you what we found, and review the updated scope before moving forward. Hidden moisture, mold behind drywall, cabinet damage, ceiling damage, or extra repair work can affect the final price. Our goal is to be clear upfront so there are no surprises.
